About Maternal Feed All

Hi, my name is Kim Judd with MATERNAL FEED ALL. I’m an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. I am also a Certified Perinatal Fitness Trainer with a focus on pelvic floor and diastasis recti.

Breastfeeding did not come intuitively, at least in the beginning, and I had to work to make it successful. I had severe pain associated with pelvic floor dysfunction that negatively impacted breastfeeding and my daily life. These personal experiences have helped me to connect with my clients on an emotional level that is often overlooked in today’s postpartum healthcare team.

I currently work as a Public Health Nutritionist and Lactation Educator with the Government WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program and have been working with this amazing population for the past 8 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition Science. I have a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion and Education. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). I have worked with many government and non-profit public health programs to bring women’s health to the forefront.

What does all this amount to? It really just means that I have been working to promote the health of women, infants, and children around the world for the past 20 years. I have helped countless families by providing breastfeeding support, nutrition education, individually tailored perinatal workouts, and assistance with accessing appropriate healthcare specific to individual needs. I find joy in simple life by helping others to learn how to support the health of themselves and their families.

I have 3 lively children and live with my husband in Eagle Mountain, Utah. I enjoy reading so much that I always have a book with me. I have practiced the art of Yoga for the past 21 years, but my flexibility is still limited and I am not afraid to admit it. I enjoy outdoor physical activities of many varieties and try my best to instill this in my kiddos. I experiment in the kitchen with recipes that pack in as much nutrition as possible. My family doesn’t always love them, but they are good about giving everything a fair trial run. I love talking about Nutrition and/or Exercise Science and once I get started I may geek out a bit.
