Our office is located in The Ranches area of Eagle Mountain at 4079 Dakota Dr. Eagle Mountain, UT. We are available for home, office and virtual visits throughout the week. Please click book online for scheduling details based on the type of appointment.
If you live outside of the 15-mile radius of the clinic there are NO time spots listed in the scheduler. These appointments may be scheduled via text at 801-769-6191. Additionally, if you don’t see availability showing for a day or time that works for you, we may be able to arrange a different time to meet with you. Please contact us via text.
If you have a less than 2 week old baby and there are no online appointments available, please call or text us to book sooner.

Insurance Clients for Lactation Services
Maternal Feed All is pleased to work with The Lactation Network to offer quick, no hassle pre-approvals for many insurances, including Cigna and Blue Cross. Most clients receive notification of insurance coverage within the same day.

Self Pay Clients for Lactation Services
Home visit convenience fees apply for all in-home visits. This is included in the fee.
Payment is due at the time of service/assigned appointment time and is non-refundable.

If Maternal Feed All is not in network with your insurance policy, that just means we cannot directly bill the insurance company for you. We can provide the information you need to receive reimbursement for Lactation Services. For more information about how we do this click here: Insurance Coverage For Lactation Support
Additional Important Information
All appointments include 1 week of messaging support.
We accept HSA and FSA Cards.
Cancellation policy
If the appointment is cancelled with at least 24-hours-notice the booking fee will be refunded.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24-hours-notice, the initial booking fee will be forfeited.
If a Home Lactation Appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hours-notice, but more than 2-hours before the appointment, $50 from the initial booking fee will be forfeited and the additional $20 will be refunded. If a Home Visit is cancelled with less than 2-hours-notice, the full initial booking fee of $70 will be forfeited.
If Maternal Feed All must cancel an appointment for any reason, no charges to the client will apply and any “pre-cancellation no show fees” will be refunded. Maternal Feed All reserves the right to cancel appointments for any reason without notice.
